Tomorrow I briefly leave Holland, heading southeast and inland for a 2-day visit with a friend in Limburg. It's a planned break from my 3-week vacation at my mother's.

After those 2 days, I return to continue my 3-week pennance. Then I'm free again—back to London, back to the boat. Also, my husband will come back from 🍁away, and my stress will ease.

Me and my mother have never clicked. WHY did I decide on 3 weeks? Why is my mother so self-absorbed?

@markstos @pollak @Gargron We really need some more fine-grained negative #feedback loop. #BirdSite (YT and others) lack it because they are designed to suck as much of your time as possible.

I see it as adding #dislike button, which increments some counter for the user, stored in your account, like "notes" field, may be additionally reported to the user, but I think it should be opt-in "show me dislike counter".

And then we just need to add some threshold in settings to "#mute user for a week" or "#unsubscribe and mute forever".

Maybe also separate counter for retoots.
