@tweak We run into this same issue a lot! The importance of #trust and #relationships with #autistic people is often #dismissed and overlooked. Our son is still missing some staff even a year later. The way these #transitions are handled and how new staff forges relationships are critically important, in our experience. Sadly, it seems like we start from zero with each new person.
