The facts, i.e. the designation as "TERF" , were not in dispute here anyway. The court carried out a conclusiveness test, i.e. it examined whether the term, as it was used, represented a violation of the right of personality. It answered in the affirmative and therefore ruled according to the complaint: Maike Pfuderer was forbidden to call Inge Bell "TERF"."
