I missed my meeting with my therapist last week due to her having a medical emergency. Now I'm in a desperate attempt to keep my head above water since everything in my fking life decided to dogpile me at once. Tomorrow's session can't come fast enough 😭 💀

Today I had a #dissociation #derealisation while on public transport. I ended up forgetting my vest with all my papers and keys inside the train.

I'm lucky to have people that understand that #dissociativeDisorder are not just a "lack of attention" but rather a very real condition that I have to deal with.

I'm so confused. Trying to get my head round what my head is doing is just too much.

Would be really good to have some actual expert help, rather than years of nhs neglect.
