Not that I don't feel close to my team, because I do; but the lack of in person interaction can be felt.
I know that the team also has this need of getting together and just go out for a coffee, a drink or eat, etc; and with the current setup it is not possible to do as often (need to coordinate trips from 2 different continents and 4 or so countries)

I think #RemoteManagement & #DistributedManagement require a whole different mentality
