#Teochew #red #kueh , Peach-shaped kueh is #traditionally known as “红桃粿”, pronounced as “ung toh kway” in Teochew - means “red peach snack/dumpling”. This Teochew #delicacy is shaped like a peach, features a pink coloured sticky, tender skin, stuffed with fragrant #glutinous rice, pork & dried shrimp.
Teochew #coconut #cake was first made by the Teochew ppl in #China & introduced to #VietNam following diaspora, centuries ago. Introduced in #Cholon #District5 - #Chinese district in #HoChiMinh .
