Amsterdam’s cyber crime police has arrested three young men as part of a major investigation into hacking, data theft, blackmail and money laundering involving the private details of tens of millions of people. One of them was associated with the Dutch Institute for Vulnerability Disclosure (DIVD), which reports that they have not found any indication he ever misused access to information through the organization.
