We should continue to strive for better #DiversityinAV - Everyone, especially cis, hetero, white folx need to help raise the voices of all.

That includes those who have a public platform. Time to speak up.

Blah, blah, blah catchword. I think the largest concern in AV should be what happens to remote workers when the COVID declarations end and where do companies turn with tech companies downsizing.
