UGH so I had to renew my 'preventing harassment and discrimination online training module today because 15 minute video trainings super solve problems and also I'm too dumb to know that 'discrimination is wrong' even though 'many people don't realize their behavior is discriminatory'.

I'm used to these trainings being stupid, this one has an item on it that is absolutely an example of racism
