Abuse of the fact that the has many : 126 = 2 * 3^2 * 7 (12 divisors); without the , 120 = 2^3 * 3 * 5 (16 divisors).

I will start, adapting : the cards must add to 69 (a titillating number) instead of 21. Each player starts with 4 cards at hand, instead of 1, to speed up play: in average, about 7 cards are needed to reach 69. The betting, if present, is the same as the original game.
