After all the stress of the last days, i start my art work with some idea i had yeserday. Djehuti/Thoth in altered Baboon form. Normaly, when displayed as Baboo, he has no human features, but i wanted to do a design with a mixed human body like he has for his Ibis Form.

I finished the small shrine and will take it to office tomorrow to show Djehuti his new house.

In my experience with the Gods and deities, it is less about formalities but more about intend, dedication and truth of heart.
I look at statues of Dejehuti and Ma'at and i feel happy and calm. When i talk to them i speak normally and how you would talk about stuff to parents.
I feel as if they smile back quite often.

Warm up sketch that might get into the novel Project Djehuti-Die letzte Formel (The last formular). At days that i feel spiritual, i sometimes think that my way to communication with my most beloved deity is through art and writing. I feel that this is the best way to honor him. Fill the world with good things, with writing and stories for the people to enjoy and maybe learn from sometimes.
I feel happy and content with that thought in mind.

Huh...i had no idea that there is a term for my form of worshipping old egyptian deities. In the german internet area that isn't a thing.
But i encountert that the english term appears to be #Kemetism and i am now hopefull to perhaps cross path with another #kemetic who's guardian is Djehuti/Thoth too
