10. Mashup of games done or thought of?
In the first game I ever GMed, I used #SwordsAndWizardry because a version was free and I'd been reading about the #OSR. That I was using a BX retroclone did not stop me from grabbing bits from #GURPS or #DND35 or #NewWorldOfDarkness any of the other systems I could find books for at Seattle's The Dreaming.

I miss that store and its secret door to the bathroom hidden behind the Pathfinder shelf.

As Sugar Fuelled Gamers recently completed Kingmaker, why not have a third Curse of the Crimson Throne session while we ponder what else to let out of The Vault?

20. Still play in 20 years? It's hard to say with some of the potential options in the works, but I'm feel fairly confident to say either AD&D 2e or D&D 3.5.

I believe it'd be possible to make a D&D-like game I like better, but WotC won't be the one to make it.

#Eberron is my favorite D&D setting by far! But sometimes an original setting is a better fit for a D&Dish idea. And sometimes a fantasy idea isn't particularly D&Dish, but I don't have a system I favor for that yet.

Do you like proficiency bonuses or do you prefer skill points? D&D got rid of player's ability to distribute skill points, opting for proficiency bonuses and a higher emphasis on attribute bonuses. What are your thoughts? Does any other tabletop games do skills in a way that you really like?

What are you opinions on the d20 dice itself. Do you find that it creates too large of a spread? Do you dislike how most games use the 1 and the 20 for critical failures and successes? Do you swap it out for 3d6 or something else?

#dnd35 magic item thought: Wand of Invisible Enlarged Magic Missile.

260' range (due to all consequences of the Enlarge Spell feat), two missiles, and if you use it carefully there's a good chance nobody has a clue where the sudden force wounds came from.

In short, a good assassination tool... The primary trick is not being heard activating it (since by pure RAW any spell trigger item requires a word to be spoken). Definitely a highly-regulated spy gadget.

And the final Sugar Fuelled Gamers release for this RPGMP3 Release Roundup is another Curse of the Crimson Throne, in which we are beating up the Lord of Castle Scarwall.
