#DNS0 DNS^TLS seems to be down. If you enforce it, you won't be able to connect to the internet. I'm in germany. Sadly I could not find any information (their X is not readable without X account).

Première conversion dans ma famille d'un PC sous #windows vers #nixos !

Afin de ne pas trop dépaysé l'utilisateur, j'ai choisi #kde comme environnement. Ce choix semble avoir fait son effet ("c'est beau").

L'utilisateur en question à plus de 70 ans et semble ravi que son PC ait repris du poil de la bête. La machine est utilisée pour internet uniquement. Comme d'habitude, j'ai installé la combinaison #firefox et #ublockorigin. En nouveauté, j'utilise les DNS "Kids" de #dns0eu.

A qui le tour ?

Hasta ahora usaba #nextdns, pero esta semana he cambiado a #dns0eu... menos control pero bastante bien (sin publicidad, con seguridad, etc... para empezar perfecto!!!) https://www.dns0.eu

Orain arte #nextdns erabiltzen nuen, baina aste hontan #dns0eu-ra aldatu dut... kontrol gutziago baina nahiko ondo (publizitarik gabe, segurtasunarekin, etc... hasteko primeran!!!) https://www.dns0.eu

I found this (kinda new) DNS service, by the EU.

Seems like an interesting option for those who want to get protection but don't want to really configure anything.

use ddns? get blocked
so back to hostfile. does not get changed by any actor , stays safe and static.
is that what we want/need?
