@uspolitics Allow me to disagree: The deeper problems seem to be a distorted relation (in Trump's case) towards to federal, i.e. the people's property & lacking regulation of mandatory transfer of federal documents as property of the federal government into custody of the National Archives.

While #45 is evidently suffering from a disordered relationship with other people's property anyways.

What makes the circumstances of classified docs at Joe Biden's home & office differ from the Trump-case: Biden isn't moaning, isn't playing up & never refused to give federal property back!
Besides the fact, that President Biden isn't a career thief & cheat, who refused to let Americans see his tax returns.

"There’s more reason still to doubt that this case ends up being a major criminal problem for Biden. While we don’t know how the classified material got to Biden’s home and office, we do know exactly how it got back to the National Archive: Biden [unlike Trump] not only didn’t resist returning it, his lawyers went and looked for it and notified the National Archive that they had found such material."
