About 10+ years ago, my kids (they were between 9 - 12 years old at that time) actually created a PowerPoint decision brief for my wife and I on "Why We Should Get A Dog"
Their rationale was that Mom and Dad give a lot of presentations for work, and so they saw that as the way to convince us! 🙂
Managed to hold the line at that time and for more than 10 years ... but ... the line broke during COVID -- We are now #DogParents
