Just heard yet another news broadcast wherein one of the orange thing-related DOJ cases was referred to as "long dormant". The Constitution requires the use of a grand jury for indictment in federal cases and the law supporting that requires DOJ remain silent about everything that's going on with the grand jury. The only reason we ever know abt a gj is b/c witnesses spout off. Silence does NOT mean dormant. It means we don't know what they're doing. #DOJGrandJury #GrandJury #DJTCases
