Final day of #hiking in the #Dolomites 😢. This time in the #Latemar group. A slightly different feeling because instead of wide views over the lower land, you are constantly enclosed by jagged walls and towers. Some of the most beautiful scenery I've seen so far.

More #hiking fun in the #Dolomites. I'm having a blast. The goal of this hike was #PassoSantner, via #RifugioPreuss, #RifugioReAlberto1 and the magnificent #Vajolet towers.
Downside of all this beauty is that a lot of people had the same idea, leading to busy trails (see last image).

As a "Dolomites-Child" I partly agree, but I would add, that the meteorological conditions are decisive.
In summer you need to start early, otherwise you pass the pines in the mid-day heat and this is highly demotivating 😅
If there is a cold, snow and ice may occur, making the path slippery and dangerous.
However, in all other conditions, you can enjoy the #Dolomites with all your senses 😍
