Granaries have been used around the world to store the food people needed as populations increased. From African yams, to millet, rice, sorghum to MesoAmerican corn etc. They had to find food they could domesticate (grow and safely store) for themselves and their animals. Climate change brought this shift in culture on. What can we learn from them, if anything?
