In the last few days, donkey Kwiatek and pony Trotsky spent a lot of time together.

They were standing closely next to each other and even eating together. Normally Trotsky shoos him away and Kwiatek is overall not comfortable standing too close to the horses.

But just look at how well they‘re doing together ☺️

Kwiatek has an eye infection :(
We have a lot of flies again so that’s probably why. The vet said that it’ll take a week or so to heal. But it’s definitely painful.

Now he’s not only deaf but also half blind. I spooked him really badly when I wanted to give him his meds this evening. Sorry donk D;

Just saw Gabe (left) for the first time today. (A pretty guy!) He's one of my friend's newest additions. He and Butterbean unfortunately don't get along terribly well 😢 Butterbean has had the space to himself for too long I think.
