I didn’t cook this dish but it was too awesome not to post. one of Brian’s creations.
Knife cut noodle soup with soy braised pork & mushrooms, soft cooked egg yolk, napa cabbage, and seaweed. “I opened the fridge & used what we had. Left over mushroom broth from Tim’s eggplant dish, one leaf of Napa cabbage, left over egg yolks from eggs Tim cracked bringing in groceries, leftover braised pork , and seaweed from a snack package.
