I've been heartily enjoying running two groups simultaneously in Don't Rest Your Head. They're both in the Mad City at the same time, but have yet to encounter each other (which might not happen given the difference in the two groups' schedule). Because the setting is in a realm of nightmares, I can get away with substantially changing things in the city on a regular basis. Welp, had another one of those things happen where I wanted to send over a little bit of lore for someone entering my campaign of Don't Rest Your Head, started composing a message, then looked up and realized it was way past my bed time, I had enough material for several pages and I'd been writing for two hours straight. Mayhap I overdid it a little. 😬🤷

And then think about why you cared for them, and see if there is a more meaningful way to implement it.

#DontRestYourHead is a perfect example of this. The game is all about insomnia and the effects of sleep deprivation, in a weird-horror setting.
The very core dice mechanic powerfully evokes the FEELING of an insomniac spiral towards an inevitable "crash" ... with no sleep-hours-bookkeeping.
