Eni Jurišić -- Kreni dalje

Uh oh, it's the return of the drum rattle I disliked so much from last year's national selections (and has been mostly absent this year). One of those songs which showcases the vocals at the expense of everything else -- this rarely meets with my approval, and this one is not one of those rare exceptions.

I'm all for a bit of 80s retro, but please commit, and don't add trumpets when the 80s brass instrument of choice clearly was the saxophone. Having lodged my complaint, it's probably one of the better entries in this line-up.

Martha May -- Distance

There's certainly something to work with here: May has a voice that is a bit unpolished at times, but the song itself is catchy enough, and the lyrical matter fairly relatable. Some more work required, especially on a more dynamic backing track.
