Yes, I use #Blokada as well, blocking anything with #Google or #Adsense in the domain (although I should check #DoubleClick). I remember reading in an interview with a Google engineer, that Google uses over 120 identifiers to figure out who someone is. My guess is that I've managed to block 115 or so of them reliably, but that isn't enough. Any time I need to briefly turn off blocking, there"s the gutter guard ads again. They're my equivalent of "Russian ladies looking for love" ads. 🙄
