Ze komt terug bij de band als #LouReed deze heeft verlaten.
In 1971 verlaat ze de band terug na een tournee en meningsverschil met #DougYule.
Ze verhuist naar Phoenix en start #Paris1942 op maar deze band bestaat niet lang, en zet haar muziek carrière stop.
Na haar scheiding in 1980 tot 1989 werkt ze in een Walmart.
Maar in 1989 stapt ze in #Artpunk band #halfjapanese.
En neemt ze ook solowerk op, en in 1993 is er de reünie met The Velvet Underground.
