Another note… I can see so much now how perceivably tiny setbacks can really affect our patients #mood #MentalHealth when we don’t even realise. I had a goal to do a sub 50 minute 10k run or at least beat my sister who was doing the same run. I didn’t achieve either. Really has put me in a #badmood #downer all week!!! It’s not even that important so imagine all those little goals that seem so small to you next time you’re #rehabbing a patient! They mean a lot!!!

I have been wondering if ChatGPT is the beginning of the “singularity”. The true birth of A.I. and the beginning of the end times for us squishy meat bags. If so, this isn’t what I pictured. I pictured it more like the Terminator timeline. Instead we have ChatGPT being an annoying tool clogging up our already misinformation clogged social media and message boards, making those things even worse than they already are, and this isn’t even touching on Stable Deffusion ruing if art.

Personally I’ve never used ChatGPT and have no interest in using it. I both couldn’t care less about it and also find it terrifying. I just want to play video games, hang in VRChat, and work on old computers. Watching the slow motion self destruction of civilization as we know it has been a real let down. Not just A.I. bit the crumbling climate conditions that most seem happy to ignore, mainly out of greed. #frustrated #downer #mood
