Failures are observed in #Moscow and #St.Petersburg, as well as in the #Voronezh and #Volgograd regions.

At the same time, the Telegram channel Brief, citing #Downdetector, reports problems with the messenger in #Novosibirsk, #Sochi, #Krasnodar and annexed #Sevastopol.

The telegram channel #Varlamov News suggested that the failures could be related to the increased load.
