@alanrycroft @chris Seattle’s agency, #DowntownEmergencyServiceCenter has pioneered and is a model of #HousingFirst policies, effective for people needing mental health support. However, in our city, in recent years, housing costs have increased beyond the means of working class people who are frequently one rental increase from eviction. In my neighborhood, half the recently built condos and apartments are empty. #TheRentIsTooDamnHigh #mentalhealth
