Some days are just.

A friend made a post saying "I don't want this".
In my head it turned into "I do not want this".
Not so bad, until you realise it's a track from #NineInchNails #DownwardSpiral.
That then takes me back to 1994 which was a tumultuous year with a highlight of watching Nine Inch Nails at Wulfrun Civic Hall, but rather being on the floor I had to go to the seats higher up because I was in full sensory overload.
That along with Phoenix 94 and seeing PWEI were highlights in a bad year and one that Downward Spiral became a theme.
I love the album. Its probably my favourite of all time. It also holds very dark memories and feelings.
I know if I want to listen to it I'm in a bad way, mentally.
Tonight I will try to resist.
