Playing with #Suricata console output, cleaning up many messages, esp for af-packet and #dpdk. Also playing with some logic were the format gets expanded with the verbosity, so multiple -v not only adds more messages, but also more details per message. Some examples below.

is it possible to get a reasonably "fast" #dpdk running inside a virtual machine, without passing through a pci resource? i don't understand yet whether dpdk really requires a network card specifically dedicated to it. i thought if there's enough acceleration path to run a speedy dpdk inside a vm that'd be at least good enough.
