1) so is the whole drug theme partially a middle finger to Duterte or am I reading into it too much
2) yeah, excuse me, the richness of the runways???? the richness in terms of both PIZAZZ and VARIETY?? I WAS NOT PREPARED. the ladies really stepped their... puki.. up. btw no shade to the DRPH judges, but Gigi Era's tiyanak runway would've slayed on Drag Den (as it should've :blob_cat_angry:​)
3) LOVE that the different creators behind each look get a shout-out. and I love that Minty and Pao got their coins from both DRPH and Drag Den lol
4) Naia in drag reminds me a bit of Pangina. and Naia really reminds me of how I would react if I ever got to see Catriona Gray in person :blob_cat_aww:​ano ba, sobrang ganda niya :amaze:​
5) it's kinda sad that Manila, as the main host, can't riff as much with the queens because of the language barrier. I do love her enthusiasm and genuine appreciation of the queens though, and the queens' interactions with Sassa and Nicole are excellent
6) justifying dressing up as an eggplant because it's one of the vegetables in Bahay Kubo is absolutely winner behavior lmao
7) I'm a fan of the sass-off right before the DragDagulan, the fighting game graphics, and most of all, SASSA'S COMMENTARY. I hope they do it again, but longer and with actual performing? anyway, the best part hands down was when Manila said no one was getting eliminated all season. YES. that's the right format for this show because I need to see more from each of the queens. it's what they (and we, the audience) deserve!!!!!

sidenote: why was #DragDenPH so hard to find on Prime US? it didn't show up for me when I searched for it and I literally had to get a link from someone else. also, on my browser, the title of the page was 'placeholder_title : John Doe' ?? uh, are we taking the underground theme a little too far here
