Today @antinousgaygod and @Ayhaidebil1 taught me about #Dragobete: a Romanian holiday that is celebrated on February 24th. In Romanian #mythology, Dragobete is the patron saint of love and cheerfulness and is oftentimes associated with Roman #Cupid and #Eros from #GreekMythology. But unlike those two gods, Dragobete does not directly meddle in the affairs of humans, he does not use his powers to make people fall in love, but rather he always reminds people to never stop celebrating #love.
