Early Dragon proposals could, but seats were cut to 4 in Dragon 2. But that might just have been because of #NASA requirements, and not an decrease in spacecraft capability. In a dire emergency, almost certainly, but without proper seats, the 3 stowaways might be in for a rough and hazardous ride. #space #spaceflight #spacestation #spacex #science
