Whenever there's a #SchoolShooting, Republicans fight any attempt to pass any #GunControl legislation, arguing it's "an infringement against the #2ndAmendment", justifying it with "That's the price of freedom!"
But then they'll pass bans on #DragShows... a CLEAR infringement against the #1stAmendment.
When they try to push these clearly #unconstitutional laws, we need to say "No. That's the price of freedom!" 🤔

Some time ago the Tennessee legislation introduced a Bill than, in essence, banned drag performances of any type unless they took place in a bar.
The US District court for Western Tennessee has now found that the legislation is unconstitutional, finding it stands against the First Amendment in its codification of the Freedom of Expression.
Wonderful. The worm is, slowly but surely, turning.
