@caroline and her excellent new intro post has me reflecting on my fandom journey. In the late 1990s 🥴 a friend introduced me to file sharing of screen grabs and super short audio clips of the , and I read my first few fanfic. What a different world.

After a few years, I fell out fandom for a long time until re-entering in 2010ish for fic. I didn’t find a new fandom until discovering through BTS photos of filming in 2020.

And here I am! 👋
