The first print, acted like it wasn’t even finished. Second print, clogged the nozzle. Third print, turned into clumps of spiderweb filament all over the printbed.
Last night, when I tried cutting a model in half (again in Blender) and printed it, it printed really rough with no details on the bottom section.
What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this?

Yes, it’s a prototype made from #PLA but I painted it and added a clear coat. Seeing as it’s not a shelf or a load-bearing tool, it might hold up and only be subject to UV. If it doesn’t, I’m not terribly concerned as version 2 of #PETG is printing as we speak.
