It has two unusual features.
* A slit in the cuff, that will fall open when the seam is closed.
* Decreases before the sleeve cap starts.

I've never seen the latter, but it seems logical to do so on rather wide sleeves. It cuts bulk from the underarm and because of that will probably give a better fit. #dressmakers can maybe help me out here?
