This event had a high potential for personal injury to himself and members of the public, but all he got was a fine and a 1 year driving suspension.

In Latvia, cars seized from people who are three times over the drink drive limit are being sent to Ukraine. The authorities have pledged to sent 24 cars a week to a charity who specialises in providing cars to Ukraine.
