This horrendous U.S. import is a plague on our land.
Save time and fuel. Bulk buy cups, plastic lids and packaging and simply toss some out of the window as you drive. No need to buy infused hot water or greasy fries.
Real street food is different. I've seen Thai vendors operating off the back of modified mopeds, where they loan the plates, cups etc while you eat and drink. Walk up. Eat. Walk away.

-Don't email a receipt
-Encourage customers not to take a receipt in the 1st #DriveThru window by closing the window halfway or more after asking if the customer would like a receipt
-Ask the customer for a receipt in the 2nd drive-thru window, where they're supposed to pickup their order and treat them as a crook if they don't have it
