Je viens de trouver les #Solovair. Elles sont superbes et leur prix est top ! Je suis conquis ! Elle remplaceront sans rougir mes vieilles #DrMartens quand il s'agira de les mettre à la retraite.
En plus ils font une couleur ("Brown Greasy Shearling") qui remplacera ma couleur favorite de chez DrMartens ("Dark Brown Crazy Horse").

When I turned back a couple of minutes later, I found this. This is PT, he is very obviously a #police officer, and he took it upon himself to whip out some boot polish and a couple of brushes and make sure these second hand boots for my #grandson were in perfect nick.
It was such a nice and thoughtful thing for him to do, totally unprompted.
PT is proof and reassurance today that ACAnotB at all. PT is a genuinely good man.

I’m kind of known for my #DrMartens 1460s at work. It’s my thing. So I’d bought The Boy a pair of second hand #toddler sized #DMs from #Vinted and collected them on my way into work. I opened the parcel when I arrived and a few of us fawned over the tiny cuteness and I then left the boots on my desk while I spoke with somebody.

I sold a bunch of my Pyrex collection over the last week or so and bought new-to-me 1980s-era #Docs. These are possibly the most comfortable boots I have ever owned (other than the 2000-era Miranda DMs).
Yes, am now contemplating which #Pyrex will be the next to get liquidated. 😂🤷♀️ No regrets, just epic #vintagefootwear! Apparently it took me until my late 40s to become a proper shoe hound. Who could have predicted this? 🤷♀️
