I am a retired consultant, also formarly WHO and Dutch MoH, specialized on #drugpolicies. I was trained as a pharmacist, but went in public administration long ago. In the Dutch MoH, I set up the production of medical cannabis and I prepared a major revision of the #Opiumwet (Drugs Act) in 2000-2003.

In WHO I worked on accessibility of #pain_management and the international #drug_conventions.
