We expose our emotional health to others by the things we do and say yet we can remain ignorant of our own behaviour. I want to ask a friend, What question are you afraid to ask yourself? I want to help this person who chooses to hide their excessive drinking from themself. Someone whose liver might someday kill them. Someone smart enough to enjoy learning beyond a Ph D yet unable to appreciate you cannot borrow from the future infinitely. How can one help?
