It's been a while since I made a #DrunkPete Gif, so I figured I would do one today.

After I had it assembled, I realized that BlueSky can't do gifs because it's lame.

So... of course I decided to use that as a chance to :troll: my friends. (It only shows the first frame of a gif.)

#DrunkPete still doesn't live here on Mastodon, and I am annoyed at that, but #HorizonLabs labs is fine here, so I can combine the two, right?

This is the kind of post that makes @kevinewing22 complain about my lack of decorum.

This one page alone has a lot of #DrunkPete fun stuff. We have the abbreviated origin story in case you're 12 pages into a miniseries and don't know who Peter Parker is, the half-mask :HalfFace:, a "what he does best" line to make a Wolverine joke, and then Boomerang ignoring the very obvious fact that he made a device that's only purpose is to return to him explode when it arrives. Even bonus points for Rhino's bedazzled pink outfit and his cute boots. I think we need a Drag Queen Rhino, maybe over in Spider-Gwen's universe. (Named: Rhinstone!)

I missed last week's #DrunkPete, so I am catching up now. It's difficult to not want to post as I read.

Sometimes, life moves pretty fast and when you turn away and cancel all your social media during a "background check" and finally clear it, and then there's no #drunkpete to go back to.

We don't have anything listed for this week's #DrunkPete. I was going to suggest Janice's origin in Superior Foes of Spider-Man, but Spider-Man doesn't actually appear in there much, if at all.

If you're looking for random other things I saw Deadly Foes of Spider-Man, which I remember having but don't remember the content of, so that could be a thing.

I also never read the Death of Spider-Man (Ultimate Peter Parker, that is.) Is there a good starting point for that?

@VigusMaximus It's interesting to read #DrunkPete's Secret Invasion in the comics and watch the TV show. The TV show looked like someone wrote a spy thriller and then they tried to shoehorn Skrulls in.

@freakazoid One of mine, #DrunkPete, can survive that, but the community still needs a platform. (They picked BlueSky. Now I want BlueSky to die so it moves over here to Mastodon.)
