Sinds gisteren weet ik weer dat je met een ziekte/stoornis als #dis best van #socialemedia weg blijft.
Altijd snapt iedereen alles... Over je #dsm5 aandoening.
Tot je iets zegt of post wat helemaal anders is dan je eigen gedrag.
Dan ben je dom en moeilijk.
Maar zoveel verkeerd zei mijn ander deel hier gisteren ook niet.
Jammer dat mensen zich steeds zo druk maken in een post die nog niet eens persoonlijk op hen gericht is.

Als je dit leest weet je hoe moeilijk het is voor mij om elke dag te overleven met triggers en een leven met #alters of #delen.
Het is soms moeilijk als controle weg is.
Je kent alle andere #dsm5 diagnoses mss wel, maar ik heb een minder bekende diagnose #dissociatievepersoonlijkheidsStoornis.

Hoe toxisch twitter kan zijn voor iemand binnen de #dsm5 groep.
En dat het zelfs zover gaat dat je al reeds psychologische hulp had, die toch nog een stapje verder en hoger moet gezet worden. Omdat bepaalde personen er echt over gegaan zijn.
En je daar dan zelfs moedeloos van werd.
