I for one *love* working at night, whether it be coding or long-distance driving or something else. It gets called #DSPS but I just see it as my normal. Between April and October it's helpful as I'm a baseball fan so can watch my team play live most nights. Rest of the year, as right now, I'm most mentally alert until 3am (and start my day around 11.30am'ish)
It's difficult when things _have_ to be done in a morning, yes, but I tend to manage when I have to.
