Is there anyone in Dublin 7 leading community efforts in support of refugees and/or against petit fash who are trying to whip up fear & hate in the area?

Asking for the majority of people.

There are ghouls this week - and on the anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine - who are trying to intimidate people in Stoneybatter, and who are willingly led by racists, can go to hell.

They do not represent Dublin 7.
