Started #duloxetine (#Cymbalta for north Americans lol) today for the 1st time.

Hoping combined with starting + actually taking #Lamotrigine (#Lamictal - mood stabiliser) that it will help my mood.

I’ve been off meds for months so makes sense to start the new #antidepressants now (originally was moving from #sertraline aka #Zoloft but haven’t taken it in ages lol) so might as well give it a go.

Hoping for stability + renewed resilience/positivity but maybe a miracle ask 😂 #mentalhealth

My current meds:

- #Duloxetine (an SNRI #antidepressant, often sold as #Cymbalta)
- #Clonazepam (a #benzodiazepine primarily for #anxiety/#PanicAttacks)
- #Paroxetine (an SSRI antidepressant, known as ‘#Paxil’)
- #Lithium carbonate (a mood stabilizer, used for #BiPolar disorder, but in my case to reduce #SuicidalIdeation - intrusive suicidal impulses)

We aim to reduce the Clonazepam and Paroxetine to zero this year (I’ve ended up on these four after a long time of trying different meds).

The pharmacy had the meds I need! Though I sense they had to dig through some old boxes to find them.

So I could take my morning #antidepressant (#Duloxetine) that I didn’t have this morning. Not sure I should have taken it on an empty stomach, dunno.

Actually did a bit more Hebrew than I planned.

I have one more week of withdrawing from #duloxetine and I haven’t felt this light in months and months. I’m laughing more and acting like a diddy, back to having my daft half hour at bedtime, much to George’s amusement/dismay. I know this may just be the honeymoon period and my mood may plummet again, but I’m giddy with lightness.
