The city of Duluth simply has too much old inventory full of expensive to remediate toxicity. I'm not willing to make my family ill, and I don't want a money pit.

I'm considering a couple month sublet in #DuluthMN to avoid having to cannonball run back and forth while house hunting.

I started driving to #DuluthMN because 2 houses hit the market that seemed to meet our specs. Surely 1 will be a contender?

By the time I get to Kansas City, my realtor sends me video walkthroughs and... both houses are duds. So I drive home.
