If you were to build a tower of something solid (doesn't have to be a thicc boi) that goes all the way into the atmosphere until gravity is basically non-existent -- would there be a bend in the tower as the earth rotates? or would the entire tower maintain a straight, solid line and make the whole tower move at the same speed?

I find it funny that California doesn't technically have zero (0) as a digit on license plates and instead it's the letter 'O' if you ever see it. Problem is... various municipalities haven't compensated.I recently had to look up my plate for a ticket I got in Berkeley. Both variations had their own listings. I've also had issues with FastPass when they started mailing tolls.
