However, our heroes manage to intimidate the other three brothers into submission, leading the leader to give up.
What will they talk about next session? And will we ever meet the Birdfilk Council?
#DungeonPonies in Humblewood returns in two weeks!
For my Friday campaign, the #DungeonPonies are loving Humblewood, and I'm glad! The setting is ripe with opportunities and Hit Point Press has done a ton to expand on the setting.
Renegade's 20e system MLP campaign might also be a thing for them in the future!
BUT! In a classic case of "so close, yet so far," the heroes find themselves stuck in a line of displaced humblefolk seeking an audience with the Council. However, the Magistrate, seeing the dire need to address the issues of Ashburrow, requests aid from the heroes.
Stop a group of Jerbeen bandits in Alderheart!
Will the heroes prevail? Will they ever meet with the Birdfolk Council?
#DungeonPonies in #Humblewood resumes in two weeks!
Tonight on #DungeonPonies! The group arrives in the capital city tree of Alderheart! After escorting Eliza to her emporium, the group discovers a TON of items that are way outside of their price range! But maybe, just maybe, one of these items will be theirs one day?
@MavenCash's unnamed fighter did, however, purchase a mystery coin. Will it /pay/ off? ;)
More importantly, the group finds their way to the Magistrate in an attempt to meet with the Birdfolk Council of Alderheart!
Said commoner DID get the final knockout in the encounter as, very frustrated she was so targeted, she clonked the last bandit on the head with her club, getting the last 2 HP worth of damage needed to knock 'em dead!
Licking their wounds, the party arrives at Alderheart, where Chapter 2 can finally begin.
#DungeonPonies in #Humblewood continues in two weeks!
Tonight on #DungeonPonies in #Humblewood! After some navigational perils, our heroes make their way on the road to Alderheart, avoiding another confrontation with the vicious emberbats!
They meet a gallus druid, who takes a shine to the party's gallus paladin... just in time for the party to be ambushed by a jerbeen and his mapach bandits!
A very poor choice as the party handily mops the floor with them, even if the party's merchant went down to one shot. Commoner stats, yo!
I’m currently building my first Pathfinder character, and I’m not sure how it’s gonna work out. He has a story, but the fun is in the secrecy. I want my players to get to know this guy and maybe be compelled to know more about him… for as little as he actually knows himself.
Meanwhile, it looks like expected new players won’t be joining my #DungeonPonies campaign after all, still waiting on one, so, that means Curse of Strahd is on deck!
And I’m running Tales of Equestria tomorrow!
