The remains of Dunure Castle on the Ayrshire coast, once the main fortress of the Kennedy family but already a ruin by the mid 1700s. Good afternoon all.
Beautiful weather up here today and more like the proper temperature for November. As I look out of the window there is a cargo ship, bound for Belfast.
Today I went into Maybole, a small town 7 miles away to do some work at the local community garden. Got a lift there and it took about 15 mins. On the bus (once every 2 hrs) back- had to go about 20 miles via Ayr- took over an hour.
There really does need to be a direct #Dunure #Maybole bus!
